The project involves four encroachment activities and is limited to: 1) removal of accumulated gravel materials obstructing one cell of a triple-box culvert, 2) removal of cattail bio-mass build up downstream the triple-box culvert, 3) minor streambank contouring where erosion has occurred and stabilization with bio-engineering techniques (including 5 willow baffles), harvest of willow materials for re-vegetation uses.
