Document Description
SAA #1600-2010-0150-R6 - The project is limited to the temporary reduction of flow through the Owens River Gorge as requried for upgrades to LADWP's Upper Owens Gorge Power Plant facility. To safely work at the facility, the Permittee must temporarily reduce flows through the Owens River Gorge while work is occurring at the Upper Gorge Power Plant. Flows will be gradually ramped down to 16 cubic feet per second (cfs) to reduce impacts to fish and prevent fish strandings.
