Document Description
The proposed project is the construction of a concrete path and concrete structure to support a new accessible lift at the Coronado Island Marriott Resort (hotel) in Coronado. The proposed project will install a new American's with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessible lift so as to create an accessible path of travel from the hotel onto the adjacent public promenade and nearby water taxi. The accessible lift will be installed to take patrons from the hotel property to the promenade, which has a difference in finished surface elevation of approximately six feet. The accessible lift will be open 24 hous per day and will be available for public use.
