Document Description
The proposed project is the 2013 Coronado Walk, which took place on September 14, 2013 and September 15, 2013. The District will provide event sponsorship and financial assistance for the event, a free, family oriented art festival intended to foster creativity and appreciation for artwork. The event took place throughout the Coronado Ferry Landing and featured painting, hand crafted jewelry, photography, ceramics, and other mediums were featured. Artists were housed in tented booths along the entrance and on the grounds of the Coronado Ferry Landing. The event included art activities for children and adults, as well as entertainment throughout both days. Parking was available at the parking lots serving the Coronado Ferry Landing. The event had an attendance of approximately 10,000 people.
