Document Description
The proposed project is a tidelands use and occupancy permit to Horn blower Yachts, Inc. (tenants) for its use of an existing enclosure for trash, recycling and grease receptacles. The enclosure is approximately 182 square foot area along the north side of building 11 on the Navy Pier in the city of San Diego. No new development, construction and increases in size of the tenant's leasehold or the TUOP area is proposed or authorized as part of this TUOP. The TUOP is proposed to commence on August 1, 2013 and terminate on July 31, 2018, for a total term of five years.
