Document Description
The project is limited to one encroachment to clean a 550-foot ditched reach of the stream along the immediate north side of Tawndale Lane (access road to development). The upstream culvert on this reach has a sediment plug at the outlet, and the reach channel has filled in part with sediment and young willows reducing flow capacity and causing flooding across the road during high flows.
