Document Description
Replace the exisitng non-historic split rail fence that is in dispair wih new split rail fence in the same location(s) in Indian Grinding Rock State Historic Park to enhance the visitor experience. Work will remove the existing fence, excavate new holes no larger than 2'L x 2'Wx 2'D, build the new fence, and backfill any holes with native soil. The existing fencing has two split rails 10'-13' in length with two posts on either side of the split rail. THe new fence will have two 10' split rails, with one post every 10' resulting in the need for additonal holes.
