The project is limited to replacement of an existing 10-inch diameter irrigation pipe with an 8-inch diameter pipe. It will be installed through the levee crown and covered with 18 inches of fill. The invert well will be installed above the 100-year flood elevation. SAA #1600-2012-0451-R3.
