The project is limited to three encroachments; Project A will replace a culvert with a concrete bridge that will more fully span Cutoff Slough, Project B will install a pre-fabricated steel bridge over an Unnamed Tributary to Cutoff Slouigh crossing area, and Project C will replace a failing bridge with a new bridge composed of pre-stressed concrete for livestock, personnel, and equipment use for on-going agricultural operations.
