Document Description
The project is limited to one encroachment to create an off-channel alcove (pond) on Camp Creek. The project will excavate 2,100 cubic yards of sediment to create a 3,000 square foot alcove (130-feet long by 30-feet) that will be connected by a channel (3-feet by 20-feet long) during high flows to Camp Creek and provide winter refuge habitat for coho salmon. Large woody debris will be added to the alcove for aquatic species habitat and native trees planted for bank stability and shade.
