Document Description
With a recent increase in training needs the Cal Fire Academy has temporarily exceeded its current dormitory space. The project is being proposed to temporarily fill the need for dormitory space until a new dormitory can be built (currently proposed to be completed in 2016). The proposed project would temporarily locate two (2) portable dormitory buildings in an existing parking area at the Cal Fire Academy in Ione California. The portable domoritories will be leased and would each house 8 students (16 total), would include a bathroom/shower in each unit, and the site would provide parking spaces for their vehicles.
