Document Description
It has been determined that these items are or may be highly reactive and must be stabilized prior to being transported offsite. The chemicals are expired and are currently being stored inside a laboratory at the Mylan facility located at 2751 Napa Valley Corporate Drive in Napa. The treatment of these items will be carried out by Clean Harbor Environmental Services (CHES) and involves the addition of water or another solvent to the container so to reduce the reactive characteristic of the chemicals. The treatment is anticipated to occur sometime between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m. on October 16th, 2013 in an exclusion zone at the Mylan facility.
