Document Description
CDFW is executing a Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 (SAA # 1600-2013-0073-R3) of the Fish and Game Code to the project permittee. Mr. David Thomas. Permittee proposes to complete the constructor of and a 60 ft. by 50ft storage pond with a depth of 2 feet to 4 feet on an unnamed irrigation ditch. Maintenance to the pond is included under the Agreement. There will be no change in stream gradient, substrate type, sediment load, or outflow from the property.
