Document Description
The project is limited to the excavation, removal, and replacement of a failed roadway culvert along the Edgewood Fire-Trail 44-4. Two existing culverts will be removed along with five cubic yards of soil via excavator. A new, steel pipe, thirty six inches in diameter and approximately 20 feet in length will be installed and backfilled using the previously excavated soil. Approximately face cubic yards of previously excavated fill and riprap will be installed to secure the culver and reconstruct the road. A temporary water diversion system will be constructed on divert water over the road. Equipment used will include backhoe, excavator, cofferdam, water diversion pump system, personnel vehicle, and hand-tools. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2013-0357-R3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
