Document Description
The project is limited to the replacement of an existing 36-inch-diameter by 40-foot-long culvert with a new 72-inch-diameter by 60-foot-long culvert on a Class II watercourse that drains to the Pacific Ocean. The replacement culvert diameter will be sized for the 100-year flow event, and increased length will allow the culvert to extend beyond the toe of the fill slope. The fill slope will be armored with 12- to 18-inch diameter rock slope protection keyed below the toe of the slope. SAA #1600-2013-0348-R3.
