Document Description
The proposed project involves the repair of the existing parking lot serving the Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina - Bay Tower. The existing parking lot is in need of repair due to holes, cracks, depressions, and breaks caused by root invasion. Work to complete the proposed project will consist of overlay, skin coat, or removal and replacement or damaged asphalt. It is anticipated that removal and replacement of approximately 140 square feet of damaged asphalt will be required. All other repairs will be limited to overlay and skin coat.
