The proposed Project is located within the existing 33-acre development footprint of the Golden Acorn Casino and Travel Center, Campo, CA. The Proposed Action consists of approval of a 20-year lease agreement between the Band and the Foundation Windpower, LLC, with the possibility of an additional 5-year extension, for a total of 25 years, for 0.2 acre for the installation and operation of a 1 MW wind turbine on a site measuring approximately 7854 sf on the Reservation. The wind turbine would be connected by approximately 1000 ft of underground power line to the existing Golden Acorn Casino and Travel Center.
