The RTP Update 2013/14, also known as "VROOM," is a long-range planning document. It provides a course for future transportation investment in the region, with the goal of building and maintaining a multi-modal, safe and efficient, balanced transportation system. VROOM covers: roadway, pedestrian, and bicycle systems (in the Complete Streets Element), and Public Transportation, Aviation, Goods Movement, and Finance Elements. VROOM also covers three additional (not required) elements: Trails, Tribal Transportation, and Emergency Transportation.
