The project is a component of the Amoruso Ranch Specific Plan, a, approximately 694-acre mixed use housing development plan. This Agreement covers activities associated with Phase 1 of the Amoruso Ranch Development. Activities covered by this Agreement include mass grading as well as the construction of a nine-foot-high by 70- foot-wide arch culvert over University Creek, two stormwater outfalls into University Creek, and a one-lane vehicle crossing over University Creek.
