Document Description
The proposed project includes a proposed annexation, sphere of influence amendment, specific plan, General Plan amendment, and development agreements for approx. 694 acres. The project would include 1,302 low density residential units, 542 Medium density residential units and 873 High density residential units, an elementary school, a fire station and 51 acres of commercial uses. 145 acres of open space and 223 acres of parks are also proposed.
