Document Description
The project consists of a Subdivision, Zoning Amendment, Tentative Map and Architecture and Site Approval for the development of 23 homes on 5.3 acres. The zoning would be amended from the existing Agricultural (A1) zoning to Single Family Residential-Planned Unit Development (R2-PUD) consistent with the General Plan Low Density Residential land use designation. The Tentative Map would subdivide one parcel totaling 5.31 acres (APN 808-20-001) into a 23 single family residential lots on 2.37 acres, 1.75 acres of open space, 0.15 acres of drainage easement, and 1.02 acres of street right-of-way. Residential lot sizes would range from 4,200 to 6,251 sf. The project proposes the extension of Babbs Creek Drive to access the project site. Two private drives would provide access to the lots.
