Document Description
A Use Permit application to construct a farm services headquarter, winery and olive mill facility in three phases over five years to include the construction of 16,550 sf. The proposed winery will have fifteen marketing events per year with a maximum attendance of 125 people per marketing event. No outdoor amplified music is proposed at the marketing events. A sign modification is also being requested pursuant to Development Title Section 9-1710.4(j) to modify the maximum permitted sf per sign face for two signs.
