Document Description
A Use Permit application to construct a winery and olive mill facility in two phases over five years. The proposed winery will have twelve marketing events per year with a maximum attendance of 125 people per marketing event. No amplified music is proposed at the marketing events. Phase 1 includes the construction of a 8,500 sf multipurpose building to include a wine tasting room, bottling and crushing facility, commercial kitchen, and olive mill and grape crushing facility and an 800 sf crushing pad. Phase 2 includes the construction of a 1,500 sf storage building. A sign modification is also being requested pursuant to Development Title Section 9-1710.4(j) to modify the maximum permitted sf per sign face for two signs.
