Document Description
The proposed project is a Low Impact Development storm water system which includes the installation of sidewalks and bio-retention swales for storm water storage and provides storm water quality treatment through natural soil percolation. The swales provide attenuation storage and opportunities for pollutants to settle and be retained within the wale area without having a need to discharge the storm water into receiving waters of the State. This document has been completed to meet US Dept. of Agriculture "Environmental Report" requirements in compliance with the CEQA and NEPA.
