Document Description
The project includes the installation of curb, gutter, handicap returns, new street sections, and a positive storm drain collection system for the entire community of Empire. The first phase of the four-phase project has been completed. The storm drain collection system will cross under State Route 132 from the north side of the community to the south and connect to a Modesto Irrigation District (MID) river outfall on the Tuolumne River.
