Document Description
On December 10, 2013, the City Council of the City of Fremont (the "City") conducted a noticed public hearing and approved a Disposition and Development Agreement (the "DDA") between the City and BHV CenterStreet Properties, LLC (the "Developer") for the disposition and development of a mixed-use commercial and residential project with 185 residential units and 28,641 square feet of commercial space on an approximately 6.58 acre site for the project location.
