Document Description
Request to intensify an existing California Redemption Value (CRV) and scrap metal recycling facility on two parcels totaling approximately 2.2 acres. The proposal would increase the volume of scrap metal recycling from an average of 1,350 tons to a maximum of 2,500 tons per month, and the number of employees from nine to 18 full time and five part time employees. Scrap metal will be cut, crushed, baled, and then transported off-site for further processing.
