- Request to expand a permitted household recycling business to allow for the on-site collection of scrap metal on a 1.44 acre parcel. The existing 9,600 sf building will be used for office space and the collection of household recyclables further identified as CA Redemption Value (CRV). A conveyer pit, conveyer, and baler installed in conjunction with the CRV portion of the business. A new 16,100 sf metal building is being proposed, at the rear of the site, to house the scrap metal collection. The proposed facility will be surrounded by 10 foot solid panel fencing and landscaping.
