The project is limited to two activities: a temporary road crossing structure across an unnamed ephemeral channel to facilitate construction equipment access and installation of a temporary protection measure (Crossing Structure) within the bed and bank of an unnamed ephemeral channel. Project activities are part of a larger project that includes reconductoring of the existing Contra Costa-Moraga 230 kilovolt (kV) transmission line between Contra Costa Power Plant Substation and the Moraga Substation.
