Document Description
The County of Sonoma (County) proposes to construct a new 180-foot tall communications tower and a new communications equipment shelter at an existing communication facility site at 21789 Siri Road in Guerneville. The County will enter into a lease agreement with the property owner for the land and access necessary to construct, operate, and maintain the tower and equipment. AT&T will enter into a separate lease agreement with the property owner to construct an equipment shelter adjacent to the County's shelter and tower, and will co-locate an antenna array on the County's tower under a sublease with the County.
