Document Description
The project sponsor, Jerry Draper, proposes to subdivide a 10.6-acre lot into six lots for residential development, one remainder parcel, and an access and utilities parcel. Development would entail the construction of six new single-family residences, as well as access, utility, and other associated improvements. The residential lots would range in size from 3,539 sf for Lot 4 to 6,119 sf for Lot 2. The remainder parcel would be 9.2 acres. The proposed single family residences would each be approximately 1,500 sf in size and reach the following heights: Lot 1-33 feet; Lot 2-31.5 feet; Lot 3-27.5 feet Lot 4-29 feet; Lot 5-29.5 feet Lot 6-29 feet.
