Document Description
The proposed project is the demolition of six apartment units and five small industrial buildings and their replacement with 18 rowhouse dwelling units on a one-acre site. The proposed project includes the removal of 19 trees to accommodate new construction, including eight trees protected by the City's Heritage Tree Ordinance. The proposed residential design consist of three-story dwelling units in each row with front doors facing the public streets, and at-grade parking at the rear of each unit on the interior of the project site.
