CDFW is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA # 1600-2014-0016-R6[Revision2]) pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant: Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, represented by Mr. Warren Williams, 1995 Market Street, City of Riverside, State of California, 92501, Phone 951-955-1233. The Temescal Creek - Foster Road Storm Drain, Stage 1 Project is limited to the construction, operation, and maintenance of an underground storm drain system comprised of approximately 2,000 linear feet of reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) and the associated outfall structure.
