Tenant improvements associated with the establishment, use, and maintenance of a proposed, approximately 30,000 sf, automotive service/repair center for electric vehicles that will include incidental sales of vehicles. The center will operate from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday, and from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm on Sunday. The requested entitlement does not involve the addition of any floor area. The establishment, Tesla Motors, is in request of a CUP its location within 500 feet of a R zone and to allow the construction of two new bay doors that face within 100 feet of the R Zone and a Zone Variance to allow 59 parking in lieu of 61 spaces required.
