The applicant is applying for Surface Mining Permit and Reclamation Plan Amendment No. PMR 11-001 to amend the existing surface mining operation (PMR 96-001), to add portable rock crushing and screening equipment for processing granite and recycled asphalt, a truck scale, a parking area, an overhead spray bar, and allow the stock piling of recycle concrete and asphalt for crushing, to be located within an existing surface mine area located west of the intersection of Drive 152 and Johnson Drive, approximately 3.5 miles northeast of the East Orosi.
