Document Description
Metropolitan prepared an EIR for improvements to the Robert B. Diemer Water Treatment Plant in compliance with the CEQA and the State CEQA Guidelines. The project described in the EIR consists of the following elements, including construction activities and related appurtenances: 1) a new Olinda Pressure Control Structure and turbine generators; 2) replacing the Orange County C&D Maintenance Facility; 3) Seismic Upgrades to the Filter Outlet Conduit; and 4) Seismic Upgrades to the Washwater Reclamation Plant and rehabilitation of aging components.
