The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0150-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Wright Solar Park, LLC. The Project is part of a larger solar development. The Project authorized under this Agreement is limited to two (2) access road crossjngs over one (1) unnamed ephemeral stream. The Project includes the construction of two new road crossings that include use of reinforced concrete within the channel and aggregate rock rip-rap along the road and road banks located within the floodplain to create 20-foot wide driving surfaces.
