The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Stream bed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0149-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Wright Solar Park, LLC. The Project is part of a larger solar development. The Project authorized under this Agreement is limited to a single access road crossing over one (1) unnamed ephemeral stream. The Project includes the installation of four (4) new corrugated metal pipe culverts and improvements to an existing native soil farm road to create an aggregate base access road for a length of 251 feet.
