Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed an extension to the term of Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0149-R4, issued to Wright Solar Park, LLC.
The Project is part of a larger solar development. The Project authorized under this Agreement is limited to a single access road crossing over one (1) unnamed ephemeral stream, including the installation of four (4) new corrugated metal pipe culverts and improvements to an existing native soil farm road to create an aggregate base access road for a length of 251 feet. The extension extends the Agreement expiration to October 31, 2025, and modifies the Agreement to specify work to be completed during one work season over up to 20 days.
