Document Description
The proposed project includes renovations and additions to existing health care facilities, the construction of small new facilities, and associated infrastructure improvements, all within the developed area of CMC. Improvements at the institution would include a total of 12,492 sf of renovation, 32,849 sf of new building space, and 15,680 sf of additional exterior impervious surface (parking lot and walkways). No high-mast lighting would be installed as part of the project. The project does not include any new inmate beds. Nine additional employees would be hired. The project would not result in expansion of the existing secure perimeter.
