Document Description
California Government Code Section 65302(c) mandates that each city and county shall include a Housing Element in its General Plan, and that the Housing Element be updated periodically to reflect current conditions and legal requirements. State law requires that jurisdictions within the Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG) region, which includes Lake Forest, update their Housing Elements for the 2013-2021 planning period.
