Document Description
CDFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (#1600-2016-0206-R5) to the project applicant, Clinton Abrams. The project is limited to filling and grading the drainage channel to facilitate construction of the Candlelight project, a residential subdivision on a 44.19 acre site. The existing drainage channel will be replaced with an underground pipe that will discharge flows to a storm drain outfall south of the proposed western cul-de-sac.
