Document Description
A Preliminary Parcel Map for the reversion of acreage of 17 lots into 3 parcels to construct a new 18,477 sf CVS drug store, with 114 parking spaces, in the R3-1 Zone. Parcel 1 containing 62,922 sf, will be developed with the main building and mezzanine. Parcels 2 and 3 consisting of a total of 63,465 sf, will be restriped for the 114 parking spaces to be provided. A Conditional Use to permit the sale of a full line of alcoholic beverages for off-site consumption, with hours of operation from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, 7 days a week. A Zone Variance to allow the construction of a commercial building (CVS drugstore) in the R3-1 residential zone.
