Document Description
The proposed project involves the expansion of the existing Metrolink Depot parking lot. The expansion consists of the development of thirteen parcels totaling approximately 2.75 acres into additional parking lot area. The project will add 269 parking spaces to the existing parking lot, which currently has 230 spaces. 10 parking stalls will be removed from the existing parking lot to accommodate access between the expansion and the existing parking lot, and in the end, a total of 489 parking spaces will be provided.
