The Project includes a General Plan Amendment (13GPA04) changing the designation of approximately 1,346 sf of Lot Z of Tract 13915-8 from Public Open Space to Low Density Residential, a Zone Change (13ZC03) consisting of an amendment to the Preliminary Development Plan and Final Development Plan of the Gordon Ranch Planned Development (PD 24-145) changing the designation of the Project site from Open Space to Single Family Residential, notwithstanding any contrary provision in the Gordon Ranch Planned Development Preliminary and Final Development Plans, a General Plan conformity finding pursuant to Government Code section 65402, the approval of a quitclaim deed to the property owners of 15002 Hunter Gate Circle, and a lot line adjustment or lot merger to join the two parcels.
