Document Description
The Project includes adoption of the Del Webb at San Juan Oaks Specific Plan and related entitlements and approvals. The Project is comprised of two components: an "active adult community" including 1,017 single-family residences, an amenity center, 7 acres of parks, and 114 acres of common open space area; and 67 non-age restricted single-family residence, a 200-room resort hotel, up to 65,000 sf neighborhood commercial and office center, and an approximately four-acre assisted living/skilled nursing facility with up to 100 beds. The project would also include two community parks (17 acres), a 41-acre on-site agricultural preserve, a 1,243-acre permanent wildlife habitat preserve, and a 1530 acre off-site agricultural preserve.
