Document Description
The project provides for construction of a golf-course oriented master planned community and would involve changes to the previously approved Vesting Tentative Tract Map (TSM 02-67 approved in 2004) for the project area to include construction of 1,099 single-family detached residential units (1,032 age-restricted, and 67 conventional), a 17,500 to 25,000 sf amenity center, an ~200-room resort hotel, up to 65,000 sf of neighborhood commercial uses, recreation and open space uses and 57 ac. of agricultural preserves. The project also includes infrastructure and roadway improvements and long-term management and maintenance of an ~1,250-acre Permanent Wildlife Habitat area. The existing golf course would remain largely unchanged, though minor renovations would be completed as part of the project.
