Document Description
The project is limited to the removal of vegetation along 3,731 linear feet of Copeland Creek. Only fallen trees have broken and/or dead limbs that are greater than two inches from within the channel that reaches to at least the middle of the channel and are less than four feet from the channel bottom will be removed as well as invasive Himalayan blackberry. The project will also daylight two completely occluded culverts. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2013-0349-R3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
