Document Description
The project it limited to the fill of existing seventy-five foot drainage located in the footprint of a future construction of an eight thousand-five hundred square foot office building. The project proposes to install a one-hundred-seventy foot long drainage pipe and backfill with native soil. A new manhole at surface inlet shall also be installed. Equipment to be used includes a bulldozer and backhoe. Compensatory mitigation for impact will be in form of a contribution to a non-profit organization improvement of Marsh Creek. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2013-0281-0281-R3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
