Document Description
The project is limited to a total of seven hand-augured boring points within the floodplain of Walnut Creek below Imhoff Drive in the City of Concord. Each boring point is approximately 2 inches in diameter and approximately 3 feet in depth. Ground water sampling will occur twice at each boring point. The project will result in 0.057 acres of temporary impact to the marsh habitat. All auger points will be backfilled with native soil and the disturrbed areas will be monitored for a period of 2 yearsand restored as necessary to pre-project conditions. SAA #1600-2013-0334-R3.
